I think the PLASMA framework could be very helpful when implementing something new. I feel like we already are good at the first 3 parts of this: Praising, Looking for and Assessing. I feel like this is done daily whether it is through formal assessments or just observations. I would love to try new things and I understand that freedom to explore interests, make mistakes and learn authentically are great. But, just like it is stated in the book, we may be encouraged to think differently and explore, the tests,weekly data meetings and pacing guides make it difficult to want to try something new and different.
